Delete your entire account

1. Log in at joinbindit.com/login (or open the BindiT app).
2. Open Edit profile from the top navigation.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your name, email address, password, phone number, and profile photo, and closes the account — you can no longer be booked, messaged, or signed in as. What we keep: records of your completed bookings — contracts, payouts, transaction history, ratings, and booking details — are retained because the other parties to those transactions rely on them, and as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. To have specific remaining data removed as well, email us (below) and we'll action it within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can remove individual data in the app at any time — for example, deleting promo photos, clearing profile fields, or removing samples — from Edit profile.

For anything you can't remove yourself, email 2landsllc@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Data deletion request” and we'll action it within 30 days.
