Account info you provide directly: name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text) or Google account info if you sign in that way, phone number if you add one, and profile details for whichever capacities you build out (performer, musician, venue, promoter) — bio, rates, genres, location, samples, pay scale, and optional tax and business info you choose to enter.
Booking data: gig and session details, negotiation history, rider/modalities info, ratings and reviews, contracts sent and signed, and dispute records.
Payment info: BindiT does not store your card number or bank details. Payments and payouts are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor, under their own privacy practices.
To operate the marketplace: matching bookings, running escrow and payouts, generating contracts, calculating ratings by capacity, and showing your public profile and completed booking history to other users.
We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't use your data for advertising.
Your profile pages (for whichever capacities you've built out) are visible to anyone with the link, including name, ratings, and a history of completed bookings labeled by the capacity you acted in. Tax and business info you enter is only visible to logged-in users, never to anonymous visitors.
Stripe — payment processing, escrow funding, and payouts. Google — optional sign-in. Our hosting and database providers — storing your account and booking data securely. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
BindiT uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can edit or remove most profile details at any time from your profile settings. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact us through the account contact listed on your booking.
We may update this policy as BindiT evolves. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
